Neural Networks Simulation of Distributed SEIR System

In this paper, a neural network-based optimal control synthesis is presented for distributed problems. We deal with solutions of systems controlled by parabolic differential equations and state constraints discrete time delays. The given problem transformed into nonlinear then implemented feed-forward adaptive critic network. propose new algorithm to reach an trajectory using present concrete application simulation method on the SEIR (Susceptible—Exposed—Infectious—Recovered) system disease control. results show that adaptive-critic-based network approach suitable solution problems delay in variables subject control-state simulates spread system.
